LKL Associates, Inc., a specialty building material company, is pleased to pre-announce the opening of its new Washington County Retail/Wholesale Facility located at 4285 South River Road, St. George, Utah. This facility, LKL’s sixth, is scheduled to open on August 1, 2006.
This new 32,000 square feet includes a design/showroom which will display numerous finishes, colors, and textures for stucco and stone products, retail service center, office space, and substantial warehouse space. It will employ more than 20 employees by year-end.
LKL’s product lines include drywall, steel framing, stucco, manufactured stone, insulation, tools and accessories for use on commercial and residential job sites. With its fleet of 54 trucks and trailers, LKL delivers products to job sites throughout the state of Utah and into states bordering Utah. LKL is also an also an information resource on the installation, finishing, and repair of the product lines it sells. LKL provides this information not only to contractors but also to home owners and owner-builders, who are building or remodeling a home, finishing a basement, or any other related construction project.
LKL is a Utah owned company that has serviced its customers since 1978, currently has retail/wholesale facilities in Logan, Layton, West Jordan, Orem and St. George, Utah. These locations allow LKL to efficiently and effectively service its customers in the Intermountain West. LKL also has a design center/showroom located in Sandy Utah.
A grand opening celebration will be held shortly after the new facility in St. George opens. An announcement of the date will be made soon. Contractors, subcontractors, builders, architects and the general public are welcome to attend.
